What kind of products does JAYU Industries specialize in?

We are specializing in customized lingerie and underwear manufacturing. As an OEM & ODM manufacturer & exporter, we are dedicated in providing different undergarments based on our customers design and requirements.

What is your production lead time for my order?

Production Lead time normally depends on the complexity of your products. normally we expect production lead time (upon approval of pre-production samples) of 60 days for men’s articles and 90 days for women items such as bras,etc., normally the former half of lead time is used for knitting and dyeing fabrics, and the balance is for cutting, sewing, and packing, etc.

What is your policy for making samples?

We always provide our customers with prototypes before they place trial order. Lead time of counter samples normally costs 14-30 days after we  receive tech pack or physical sample. Sampling expenses of 200 USD may be sometimes charged, which will be deducted once order is confirmed. Once our customer approve prototype and order is placed, we will afford relevant samples such as full size-set samples, photo samples, and pre-production samples, etc.

What is your shipping and payment term?

We deliver the goods by both FOB or CIF terms, etc.,  normally our payment term is 30% down payment as deposit before production, and 70% will be paid against goods boarding.


For other payment terms, both of us can discuss further.


Do you have a minimum order size?

Normally we require a minimum order size of 500 pieces per style and color, with a minimum total order quantity of 3000 pcs. However, with our open approach with each client, we can provide an accurate MOQ upon receiving the tech pack or product specification.



What standards do you use for quality control?

We follow a strict protocol for internal quality controls and always do DPI (During Production Inspection), PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection), and CLI (Container Loading Inspection). Upon request we also work with third party QA companies such as Intertek (ITS), BV, SGS,etc. for lab tests to ensure all of parameters from customers can be achieved.


Can l visit your factory?

Sure, we welcome customers to visit our factory both before or during production.

We don't have designs and technical files, can you help us?

Sure, if you can't provide us with tech pack, we would recommend you our styles with photos and/or physical samples, meanwhile we would be highly appreciated to get your precious guidance & proposal on how to adjust our current articles to meet your requirements.
